Malleable Iron 40 Bend 45° M/F. The 45° bend is one kind of malleable iron pipe fittings with female and male thread. We do toughness test to compare our fittings with other brand's fittings. Our pipe fittings has better toughness, if you are interested, we can send you test video for your reference.
Our pipe fittings threads are higher accuracy than other brand fittings. Our pipe fittings threads strictly compliance with EU standards at numbers of thread, according EN10242, for 1" nipple, the length thread is at least 14.5mm, the numbers of thread is at least 6.3, our pipe fittings fully comply EU standards, but other brand fitting has short length, and numbers aren't enough either.
Axes angle, turns of external thread and turns of internal thread are also higher 20% than EU standards.The axes of the screw thread is accurate to within ±0.5° of the specified angle according to ISO7-1,the axes of the screw thread accuracy of our fittings is ±0.3°,higher 40% than ISO7-1.
FM & UL
The black and galvanized fittings we produced are both UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and FM (Factory Mutual Insurance Company) approved. FM/UL has an independent testing facility where products are tested to make sure they meet the highest level of standards for safety and property loss prevention. No matter EN standard or ASME, as long as the product can pass the strict test in the laboratory, it can obtain FM/UL certificate.
