Malleable Iron 340 Conical Joint Union. Conical Joint Union is a kind of union with conical seat. Compare with flat seat union, there is not a gasket in the conical joint union. Conical joint union is a malleable iron fitting used in pipes or piping systems. It consists of two pipes or tubes joined together at an angle, usually forming a tapered connection. This type of union makes it easy to connect and disconnect pipes or pipes, usually without the need for additional tools or complicated procedures.

Our pipe fittings has better toughness, if you are interested, we can send you test video for your reference.Our pipe fittings threads are higher accuracy than other brand fittings. Our pipe fittings threads strictly compliance with EU standards at numbers of thread, according EN10242, for 1" nipple, the length thread is at least 14.5mm, the numbers of thread is at least 6.3, our pipe fittings fully comply EU standards, but other brand fitting has short length, and numbers aren't enough either. 
Axes angle, turns of external thread and turns of internal thread are also higher 20% than EU standards.The axes of the screw thread is accurate to within ±0.5° of the specified angle according to ISO7-1,the axes of the screw thread accuracy of our fittings is ±0.3°,higher 40% than ISO7-1.
