Quality Control
Our malleable iron pipe fittings threads are higher accuracy than other brand fittings.Our GI pipe fittings threads strictly compliance with EU standards at numbers of thread.According to EN10242, for 1" nipple, the length thread is at least 14.5mm, the numbers of thread is at least 6.3. Our pipe fittings fully comply EU standards, but other brand fitting has short length, and numbers aren't enough either. Axes angle, turns of external thread and turns of internal thread are also higher 20% than EU standards.
