Products grade

At present, our malleable iron pipe fittings products are divided into three series according to their product design standards: heavy duty, middle type and light type
Heavy duty products: products that fully comply with the national standard GB/T 3287-2011/ISO49/EN10242. The product's working temperature is 200ºC and the working pressure is 1.6Mpa. Tensile strength>330Mpa, elongation>8%, hardness<150HB. Heavy duty malleable iron fittings are FM approved and UL listed.

Middle type products: malleable iron pipe fittings that meet the standards of established enterprises. Its working strength standard fully meets the national standard, but in order to save costs, it is made smaller in size and thinner in wall thickness. In terms of malleable steel production technology, it is very difficult to process the product thinner while ensuring the use standards. It is easy to have through holes, and its strength and plasticity are difficult to guarantee. Jianzhi achieves this with its industry-leading technical strength. met this requirement. The difference between three type products:

Light type is the round edge products and the weight is lightest so the price is the cheapest one. Middle type malleable iron pipe fitting is square edge products same as heavy duty but lighter than heavy duty BMI fittings. Heavy duty MI fittings are the heavest type with FM approved and UL listed. No matter which type, the malleable iron fittings can meet the national standards.
